Can we bring Alcohol on board?
Yes, but the is a $300.00 refundable deposit required, returned vehicle of no fluids, stains,

grease, are on seats/walls or floors will be refunded, customer will sign off conditon of vehicle. all passengers must be 21 years of age.

Are there any deposit is required?
Yes, 15% non-refundable deposit is due credit card Authorization form will  be sent before a contract is expidited, (5% fee will be waived), remaining balance is due 14 days prior of departure date by check and if by credit card 5% fee will be added,) cash will be required

day of departure.

What if my trip runs longer then booked?
The cost of the trip is estimated at the time of booking, if trip goes over
time on contract stated no longer then 15 min will not be charged. But if over then our office will re-invoice. We will need a credit card and ID on file that will allow us to charge over time if needed and this will be noted on the contract and signed by the client at time of drop off.


Do I need to pay for parking or tolls?
All parking and toll fees will be at the responsibility of the client.

What is the Restroom Policy?
Local use in and around the city, the restrooms will not be open, they are
only for out of town use, 100 Miles + from pick-up to drop-off locations. Unless managment allows to open due to Elderly or Childeren.


Do I need to tip the driver or is it already included?
We highly recommend tipping the driver, a open 5%-15% out of town, 20% in town gratuity is standard. Gratuity must be added to the contract.

Can we change the Itinerary when we want?

No any changes to the group Itinerary has to be approved by the office, this assures a safe trip, no delays. Some areas tend to be crowded because of festivles, road closures and constructions. We like our drivers to have a easy and safe trip.

How may I pay?
Empire Executive Coach accepts Cash or Check 14 Days befor with a Credit Card on File

Visa, MC, DISCOVER,and AMERICAN EXPRESS, there will be a 5% fee added. Photo ID and Copy of Card front and back required for any transactions to assure card holder safety, and person authorized to use the card.

On a long trip do I need to find a hotel room for the driver?
It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver.

Do I pay for lunch or dinner for the driver?
It is not required, after all the driver stays all day.

Will there be any additional fuel charges?
There will be an additional fuel charge, only if fuel is above $4.00 an gallon at
the time transportation is provided, additonal 5% lowest fee in town.
